A letter to our clients

Dear Hopeful Horizons Clients,

On behalf of the therapy team, I want you know that we miss you already. The decision to close our doors was a hard one for us. We hope that our efforts to keep you, the members of our community, and ourselves safe are effective and we can resume business as usual as soon as possible. We want to thank you for staying home as much as you can and for helping us stop the spread of this virus.

I also want you to know that our therapy team is thinking about you and worrying about you and your family during this time. Please know that we will continue to reach out to you on a weekly basis until we can see you again.

Because we care about you, we would like to ask you to respond to us. We will worry about you if we don’t hear from you. I also want to encourage you to reach out to us if you need anything. Our physical offices are closed but we are still only a phone call away. We are happy to answer your questions, give suggestions, or just be a listening ear. We are checking our emails and our voicemails regularly and would love to hear from you.

Over the coming days and possibly weeks, we will be sharing tips and ideas for getting through tough times on our social media. I encourage you to follow us on your social media of choice if you haven’t already.

These are strange and uncertain times. Please do what you can to take care of yourself and those you love. In the meantime, know that your Hopeful Horizons team is still behind you and thinking of you every day.

Until we meet in person again…

Angela Knieriem
