Monday marked the opening of the new satellite office in Bluffton. Hopeful Horizons was formed by the merger of Hope Haven of the Lowcountry and Citizens Opposed to Domestic Abuse. The new organization serves victims of child abuse, domestic violence and rape. This 5k run/walk will be held on Cat Island Saturday, February 11, beginning at 9:00 AM.
