Caring for Orphans & Foster Children
Hopeful Horizons is an adoption, foster and orphan care ministry of Amherst Baptist Church in Amherst, NY. Our purpose is to motivate and equip members of our church and community to serve orphans and foster children through adoption, foster parenting and orphan care missions activities.
Growth through Fellowship & Support
Hopeful Horizons is a community of families and individuals who support each other in friendship and prayer and who meet together to learn better how to minister to children in need. Some of us have adopted, some have foster parented, some are in the process of adopting or becoming certified foster parents, and some simply come to learn more as they prayerfully seek the Lord's will for their lives.
Other Ways We Give
Hopeful Horizons also assists with donation drives for orphans living in the Dominican Republic in conjunction with the annual Amherst Baptist Church mission trips.
